I created Adaptfolio because I care deeply about helping Customer Success teams feel more supported, more confident, and more equipped to do meaningful work.
Throughout my career in Customer Success, I have seen how much impact strong customer relationships, clear processes, and thoughtful strategy can have on a business. I have also seen how often CSMs and growing teams are expected to do more with less, manage competing priorities, and create value without always having the right structure or support behind them.
Adaptfolio was built to help close that gap.
My goal is to make Customer Success Teams feel more intentional, practical, and human. I help SaaS businesses strengthen their customer engagement, improve internal workflows, make better use of their CRM, and build strategies that support both their customers and their teams.
This space is also a resource for CSMs who want to keep learning, growing, and building their careers.
